[Penny Springmann]

A member of my church choir, Cos Ibay, has been missing since last Sunday. Cos works as an independent gardener on land in Polk County. At 78, he still works daily in the hot sun in a very labor intensive job. His car was found in a parking lot at a nature preserve in Lakeland. We found out he was missing today from the paper. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
