One of my really close friends (her name is Jenn) had a liver transplant earlier in the year. She's young, and was born that way... she had horrible health problems for years, and had to get a transplant. Everything went well, but then her organs started failing, and she was in a coma for 3 months; during that time, she had a stroke.
Anyway, she is MUCH MUCH better now, but she has another surgery. Right now it's scheduled for Dec. 14, but her bile duct is still leaking, and if it doesn't stop they will have to reschedule. When she gets the surgery done, there is a chance, because of her past issues, that she could have another stroke and/or go into a coma. There is also a chance that she could be paralyzed from the neck down if anything goes even slightly wrong.
I just wanted to ask for prayers for her, first that the bile duct stops leaking, and second that her surgery goes well!
