Prayers needed...

Yesterday, a Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 was missing from ATC (Air Traffic Controller)'s radar at around 1.30am GMT +8 time. Up until now, more than 24 hours later, no signs of the flight was found.

There's a lot of speculations now on social media about what happened (hijacking - because there are people onboard who used stolen passports; engine failures, clear-air turbulence, etc), but since no wreckage or any signs of the flight is found, nothing is really certain.

Please pray for the safety of everyone in the flight. I'm hoping that they're safe somewhere with no way to communicate their location.

We've been following it on the news here too. Two New Zealand citizens were on board, so it's at the top of our news broadcasts. I hope they find SOMETHING. Weird that there wasn't any radio chatter/mayday etc leading up to the disappearance.

Very scary. I heard about this story when it broke and the subsequently about the oil slicks, but haven't been keeping track of updates. I'm hoping everyone is safe, but given the amount of time that has elapsed, it's not very reassuring. Sad indeed.

tragic and terrible, but I cant help wondering... how do you just straight up lose a plane?

Yes, very strange.... I read yesterday relatives were phoning passengers' mobile phones and they were still ringing through but going unanswered.... Hopefully they'll be found soon.
