My online friend Melissa, the one who made Parker and Naomi's custom shirts? (the hedgehog for N and the food and laptop for P)....She has 2 beautiful girls, Penelope and Phoebe. She was pregnant and barely finished my shirts last week before she went and delivered. She went into the hospital on Monday and came out yesterday with her arms empty. Augustus Birch was born sleeping at 38 weeks yesterday morning. It was entirely unexpected. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. It is Penelope's 6th birthday today and I can't even imagine what Lis is going through. I was hoping we could all say a little prayer that she can find comfort. I've never even met her, though I've spoken on the phone with her a few times, and I feel like I've been punched in the stomach. My mind can't even imagine her pain.
