Posting your LOs?

When you are posting your LOs, do you add them to the designer's galleries for the products you use, when you are NOT on their CT?

If you do not, is there any reason why?
 
I didn't use to do this, but once I realized it was ok ( I previously thought only CT members should do it), I started doing it. I love it when a designer goes through it and leaves comments too, always makes me smile... and pretty much assures return business since I know they appreciate people using their stuff :wub:
 
I always add my lo to the appropriate designer! It is to let them know how much I love their kits. Sometimes they respond and sometimes they don't, but that is ok too!
 
I'm new to this gallery; but I have always posted in the designer's gallery at other sites:) It is definitely a nice feeling when the designer compliments your page, and I'm sure the designers love seeing their creations put to use!
 
I too, always thought that was a thing for CT's to do. But yes, it is very nice when the designers themselves leave a little love once in a while. :)
 
Yes, I've always posted to the designers layouts. I figure that might be how most look to see who is using their product.
 
I post to a designer's gallery if I used majority of their stuff. If I just use a couple elements, then no, I don't.
 
I do if it's mostly their stuff, like Jenn said, or like for a template or font designer if it's their font or template but not their kit I'm ok with that. But if it's one of those whole store or 6 designer collabs or I've mixed several different kits, I don't put it in every single designer's gallery.
 
I put them in the designer's, too... unless I only used an element or two...

I've had it that a few designers have noticed my pages in their galleries and sent me an invite to join their CT!! So, get those pages in the designer's galleries... you never know!! :)
 
I usually always post my pages in the gallery for the designer I used on them. I tend to stick mostly with one kit when working, so it makes life easier for me. Except I did break my habit for this layout: Let Freedom Ring There were way to many to list to!! lol!
 
I haven't done because I didn't know if we were meant to if not on their CT. Maybe I will now!!
 
I always post to the designer's gallery when I can regardless of being on their CT or not. I always like the designers to know their stuff is being used and how it's being used.

You know, I was actually thinking of asking this question here in the forum... so thank you for beating me to it!!
 
i post my CT layouts & if it's a collab, then i'll post it in the other designer's gallery. with other LOs though, it's rare ONLY because i already post so much that it's just one more thing, ya know? i should be better and it's a constant goal. i do post most on my FB though.
 
Oh, I always choose at least one designer's gallery to post in... the one with the most products used. Then I copy to other designer's galleries if I use their stuff. I just presume designers like "full" galleries and like seeing how people use their products. I know I would.
 
I started to only after it was explained to me that it was not only for CT's. It was awhile ago that I started to, but someone had to tell me it was ok, lol!
 
My hypothesis was that if I wasn't supposed to post there, I wouldn't have access to it and/or someone would PM me and tell me to stop. lol I have seen galleries where only CTMs post in certain places and they either don't give me access to those sub galleries, or they have a huge notice not to do so.
