Well, I don't know anything about either really, but I have a Nikon D40x & I LOVE it!!! So, I say Nikon. lol

I have a Nikon D50 and my SIL has the D60 and we both love our camera's!!

I had a Fuji Finepix camera before and I hated it! lol! Go with the Nikon!!!

I don't know much about either... I have a Canon... but going just on brand name, I'd go Nikon...
