poll coming in a second:


Tabatha and I have a system that we've come up with that allows us to go on dates with our significant other EVERY weekend. We have so much fun and it has really helped my marriage, having time with David! We usually keep it cheap so that I don't feel bad doing it every weekend...under $30 normally...so sometimes we just go eat and rent a movie, other times we eat at home and then go out for dessert, bowling, etc....but quite often we go to the movies as part of our date...there isn't a ton to do in this little town and I've seen almost all of the movies I wanted to see. Tonight is our night out and we are going to go feed the ducks at the state park but then we're going to the movies...which one would you see?
 
I picked X-Men cause its the only one I would be able to sit through. (im not big on sci-fi, action or those spoofs of other movies like Dance Flick LOL).
 
These are all movies that David wants to see that I've been avoiding (just making sure we had seen EVERYTHING else first, in hopes that some of them would leave the theater :p )

But, we've seen everything but these and Hannah Montana :D None of these are my first pick but I'm going to have to sit through one of them...and I don't really mind because he's nice enough to see girl movies with him so I owe him :)
 
Well, DH and I are going out on a date tonight and we're going to see the X-men movie... so I voted for that one. I told DH if he wants to see Star Trek, then he's gonna have to go with a friend because I refuse. :p
 
Star Trek has the best reviews of the top 3 by regular people on Yahoo Movies. We saw it & really liked it.

I picked Star Trek cause it's so awesome. Are you speaking of Wolverine when you say X-Men or did I miss a new X-Men movie come out? If it's Wolverine, that's a godo movie too, but Trek is better IMO. :)
 
Star Trek and Terminator are both REALLY REALLY good!

I am NOT a Star Trek fan but it was an amazing movie - really loved that one.

Terminator was dark but I really enjoyed it.

If I had to choose, Star Trek wins by a mile!
 
You should pick the one with the better eye candy in it. I mean, if you have to sit through it, you may as well have something to look at, right? ;)

None of them are my kinda movies at all but based solely on the young hotties Robin posted, Star Trek would be my choice ;)
 
I loved the Wolverine movie. But I'm a huge X-Men fan.

We also really want to see the Star Trek movie. I'm glad to hear that everyone liked it so much!
 
I've only seen one of these and that is X-Men: Wolverine. It's got my vote :).

I'm a huge Sci-Fi fan but i'm too old school Star Trek to've been interested that much in it,lol.

Although I'm not usually one to gush over who's starring in anything, I must admit that I find Hugh Jackman hot,lol.
 
and Star Trek won :)

I was surprised at how much humor there was in it... esp. if you ever watched the original. I am not a fan, really, but was subjected to MUCH watching as a child b/c my dad comandeered the television :)

There was lots of eye candy too!
 
Ok where was this thread when I was trying to decide on a movie to see by myself! Well I went to Star Trek too and OMG I think I'm in love with Captain Kirk now (never would say that one before!). I'm a huge sci-fi gal but this was just soooooooo good in so many ways, and like stated above eye candy yum!
