Hugs, Deb! I'm just going to relay my story to you because I've had a very similar experience with a positive outcome. I had some swollen nodes in my groin, and had been feeling ill, and had lost quite a bit of weight in a short period of time (10 pounds in a month - not good). Every test in the book had been run and they still couldn't find anything, so they recommended the nodes be removed for biopsy. I went in for the surgery, which was a piece of cake. I think the hardest part was waiting for the biopsy results, which took 2 weeks. When the results came back it turned out I had some very rare benign condition of the lymph nodes. It's so rare that only 600 known cases are in the medical literature. But, it wasn't cancer!
Just stay hopeful, ok? Hugs to you!! I know it's hard.
