Please Help!

I just finished my lo for the cookie and color confection challenge and I have tried and tried to upload to the gallery and it is not working!! I so don't want to miss out on the deadline for the color confection challenge. Everytime I enter all the information and go to the submit page it then brings up a screen that says internet connection lost or local webpage has expired and need to download the new one. I am completely confused and frustrated! I know I have internet connection because I can access any other webpage except this one. I also know my lo size is correct because it is only 104k. If anyone else is experiencing this or has some advice please let me know.:confused:
 
What size is your file and is it a jpg? I know that seems obvious, but one time I accidently clicked on the psd version instead of my saved-for-web-jpg and the uploading process totally wigged out and hung up forever. It took me a while to figure it out because my brain just wasn't seeing the psd tagged on the end of the file.
 
Do you have a lot of text in your description? Sometimes that will cause errors. I'd try uploading your page without it and then editing the photo to add the text. Also make sure your size is about 500x500. Hope that helps! :)
 
I have had this happen before and I think it was because I took too long to type in my credits and stuff. So now, I type it all up in notepad and then copy and paste the whole thing at once. It hasn't happened to me again since I started doing that. I'm not sure if the problem I had is the exact same one you are having. Maybe some others will chime in and give you more advice!
 
Thanks so much for all of your advice! I took Teresa's suggestion and shortened my text and that must have been the problem. As soon as I shortened it, it worked right away! :)
