PLEASE help me! PSE 6 and Shape Up/Imperfect Circles

I'm still really new at this and I just purchased Dani's "Shape UP" and "Imperfect Circles" (stitches). I'm using PSE 6 and I cannot figure out how to use these two tools! Does anyone know where there might be a tutorial or a "how to" on these? Any info would be better than what I have now (which is none)!! Thanks!! Leigh

Imperfect Circles are just stitches so it's not really a tool. Just plop them on your LO.

For Shape Up: place the layer you need clipped just above your shape layer. Hit CTRL+G to clip and your pic/paper should then be the same shape as the shape from her Shape Up. Hist CTRL+E to merge the layers.
