but I am new to this...what exactly is hybrid scrapbooking? Is it where you make other things and embellish them with scrapbooking paper with mod podge and stuff? if so I LOVE doing that, I have done several cute things I am just wondering what is hybrid?

Hybrid is basically a combination of digital with paper scrapbooking. Col did a great post about it today on the SSD blog. You can check it out here:

Yep - you've got it!

It's pretty much any kind of digital scrapbook "project" that you print out and do something with... like a card that you design, then print out and add a snap, some ribbon and some glitter to.... OR a physical "something" (wooden box, piece of cardstock, picture frame, etc) that you get "crafty" with (although I hate the word "crafty" - haha!) and embellish.

You got it! Hybrid is the blending of digital stuff and traditional stuff to make a tangible, holdalbe, touchable "thing" (could be a card, layout, project, whatever) .

I am a paper scrapper but all my paper based products are printed by myself from digi supplies

or

I am a digi scrapper that happens to enjoy printing out her layers and then gluing them down again.
