Starting a thread for anyone interested in being planner buddies or receiving sending happy mail that is stationery focused.

If you're interested, just answer the questions below. Everyone who has it filled out by Monday night I'll match up with someone else and ship date will be February 15. I'll send matches via PM and also post them there. Does that sound good? If it works well, I'll ask who is still in at the end of the month and we'll do new match ups.

Open for international buddies or US only? I've never had a buddy before, but it sounds fun and I'd like to try. Is there a set amount of $$ one usually spend and are other stuff than stationery allowed?

Well i use me planner a bit as a art journaling i use almost everything from the things named above but also little envelopes pl cards wood veneer etc sequins paint i love that i can keep it at the end of a work of art and not only as my planner

I like a pretty but functional planner. I use lots of stickers and labels. My favorites are mini dots, little crockpots, meal labels, etc.

I can't wait to get a planner buddy. :)

Melanie if it's us only, we can always make our own Europe group if there are more of us or be each other's buddies. I'm in Norway, not too far from the Netherlands.
 
International would be fine, just put that you're international and if someone in the US doesn't want to deal with international shipping, let me know.

I seem to use mostly banners, sticky notes, washi tapes. I love metallic accents. I use an erin condren planner for now but I also have the big gold Kikki K which I will move into next year when my Erin Condren is done.

I'm Kim. I decorate my planner every week using a primary theme -- usually a digital kit from here or a Project Life kit. I like to use a lot of mini stickers to mark things. I use a lot of generic type stickers (circles, stars, etc.) to decorate my week. I have changed my Morning/Day/Night box top stickers to read "to do", "remember" and I'm going to try having the third be "social media" to keep track of what I'm posting where. Just bought some starter planner stamps and I've never stamped before in my life, so I'm not sure how that's going to work.

Favorite characters/animals: None, but I've been using a lot of birds, owls, and sometimes foxes. I also like using generic shapes like stars, hearts, circles, and banners and always have a use for small schoolelated things (I'm a preschool teacher with 3 elementary aged kids, LOL).

I use a small planner (5x7), so everything I use has to be relatively small scale. I also stick to flat embellishments. I tend to mix washi and a few page flags or stickers on each spread. Like Kim, I just bought my first set of stamps. They're a tiny set of alphabet stamps, and so far I like using them.

I have a big black KikkiK that I love. I don't tend to decorate my planner so much as make it pretty while using it. I use washi to mark things, page flags for the same, etc. I use my planner to track EVERYTHING so it is constantly out.

I am currently using a medium mint kikki.k and also use my big raspberry kikki.k. Hoping to buy a lilac kikki.k next. I want all the kikki.k's! :) I don't decorate tons and tons, but I use lots of notebooks and sticky notes and different colored pens and tend to decorate for holidays and things. I don't like for things to be too big or bulky as I carry my planner with me usually. I don't use stamps at all. ever. And I loooove Kawaii stickers! They are the cutest ever!

Hi, I am brand new to Erin Condren this year. I am a somewhat simple planner. I like functional stickers and have a Silhouette that I make stickers with a lot. I separate the days into work, family and personal. I do use washi to decorate edges, mark off weekends, and mark off trips. I do use the to-do on the weeks to track habits, to buy, and to-dos for bigger projects. I am currently using my notes section for CT tracking, reading list, and money challenge. I use my monthly for trip/vacation tracking, and gratitude tracking. I am not afraid to write directly on the planner and cross things off as necessary.

Last week I just ran out of my plum paper planner (from etsy). I really like the tangible crossing things off and seeing things mapped out for the week. However, the last year I've really struggled with copying everything to paper (I use google calendar). With so many activities, it's a major job for me to copy everything from google to my paper calendar. I'm open to suggestions! I've thought about going to an Erin Condren planner. I've also used the Catholic planner from Family Centered press and love that one, too. I really have to get on the ball and order one! Oh, and I did think about using Megan Turnridge's printable planner too :).

P.S. We are leaving on vacation on Feb. 15th, and will be back six days later, but then I should be able to get the package in the mail :).

I love the flexibility of a ringed planner, where I can add my own inserts or anything I need in there. I'd love to decorate more with stickers, but finding ones that are flat and doesn't create a bulk is very hard where I live. I love decorating with washi, but lately life has been super hectic, two small children and a full time job is leaving me little time for decorating. I'd love to try out the EC planners, but am waiting for her to offer loose leaf planners so I can put it in my planner.

OK, I sent out the assignments via a Secret Santa Generator so you should get an email with your assignment. Because I used the Secret Santa thing, that means you send to one person and a different person sends to you. Hope that's OK with everyone... I figure it might mean we get to know each other a little more that way.

MissKim i just got a call from my docter i need to go to the hospitale on the 10th if i need a surgery what i dont hope it can take me a few days longer to post it . but then i will let me partner know is that ok ?? i hope i can be on time ofcourse and that i don.t need surgery
