Im wondering if everyone has the same problem we do where when we want to go get pizza everyone wants a different one. I will personally eat pizza from just about any of them so long as it is just pepperoni and cheese. I usually like thin crust though and Im the only one here who does (there are five of us in my house LOL). My daughter loves ham/pineapple and hates Pizza Hut. Hubby loves supreme. My sons both like either cheese or cheese and pepperoni. So tell me what you favorite place is and what is your favorite pizza?
 
DH loves Pizza Hut... I'm not picky about the chain but I HATE deep-dish pizza so it can't be that. A little hole-in-the-wall place used to have this pizza special with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, diced tomato, onion, and sausage on thin crust... omgah, AMAZING! They stopped making it so now it's an arm and a leg to get all those special toppings :(
 
Yep. Hubby likes the the thick crust cheeseburger style at Domino's. Kassi likes chocolate pizza from Pizza Inn (the kid does not eat pizza and cheeseburgers, weird i tell ya) and I like thin crust veggie from Pizza Inn. At least me and her can agree on the place.
 
We eat pizza - a lot. Usually half combo/half pepperoni or half Hawaiian with jalapenos/half pepperoni.

Honestly, Papa Murphy's Take-N-Bake are the best around here and their prices are great! Although I do love a good Steve's Pizza now and then but they are so darn expensive!
 
ohhh you should. (if you like spicy stuff that is) it has buffalo sauce instead of tomato sauce. I wasnt sure I would like it but one day we were at Target and I was hungry and they have a Pizza Hut in there. Well I wanted a pepperoni but they were all out and all they had was the buffalo chicken so I got it thinking Id try it and if it wasnt good I would have only wasted like 3 dollars. I loved it. Mine was plain with just chicken, cheese and buffalo sauce but I imagine you could get like ppers or onions or whatever else on it. I liked it alot plain though
 
Well my FAVORITE pizza is my own homeade cheese, bacon and muchroom pizza. But if we go out for pizza I prefer to go to Pizza Hut and get thier cheese, bacon and mushrrom pizza!
 
we dont have those down here in FL. Amy and Kathi...we have Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Hungry Howies, Sbarros and Little Ceasars. There are some individual places like Papa joes which I love. Sbarros is usually inside malls. Their pizzas are soooo good!! Huge too. One extra large which is like 14 dollars feeds all five of us.

This is us too - Papa Murphy's and Steve's. I miss Steve's SO much. There's just nothing here that really even compares. :( We do have an Extreme Pizza though that we go to a bit. It's probably my favorite here so far. I'm a California pizza kind of girl. :D

i always have to settle for boring pizza. or hunks of animal flesh pizza. i like gourmet pizza or pizza with lots of veggie and/or variety. it's not very often that we order and i'm over the moon with excitement.

yea cant beat the specials. We used to get the best price of all when my daughter worked at Dominos....FREE!!! She would make me pizza a couple times a month and bring it home. I think I probably gained five pounds while she worked for them cause we would eat pizza so much
 
I wish we had a Pizza Hut here! Closest ones are almost 2 hours away. Actually, I wish we had just about any chain pizza here. lmao
We have a local restaurant - Funky Pizza - whose pizza I actually don't mind, as long as you tell them to cook it well. I find it's always undercooked otherwise. I prefer the Aussie one, which is basically a BBQ chicken pizza (BBQ Sauce Base, Chicken , Onion, Green Pepper, Tomato, Bacon, Mozza & Cheddar - I get it minus the Cheddar & Tomato, sub with mushrooms). My family prefers the All-Meat one (literally, every kind of meat you can get at this place).
 
My fave is Pan Supreme from Pizza Hut. My family likes thin cheese, beef & canadian bacon or beef. I either get my own small or personal pan or deal and eat what they want. If it's pizza, I'll eat it. lol
 
We don't have that problem because we have to buy frozen pizza if we want pizza! LOL There isn't a pizza chain in this dumb town.
 
We usually eat at Little Caesars because they are CHEAP. Not much meat on them but you get what you pay for. We order the hamburger pizzas for $6.

We loved Ci-Ci's pizza...just loved it because it was buffet and everyone could get their fave flavors. You could even do carry out and pick out which pieces you wanted from the bar...so you could get a variety.

My favorite was the ham & cheddar on a alfredo sauce! yum! I also liked the bbq & cheedar with bbq sauce...and the bacon cheddar with the alfredo sauce. The boys like the cheese pizza with the alfredo sauce.

We have LOTS of pizza places in town...goodness Papa Murphys, Papa Johns, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, Fazolis, Dominos, Wheat State, and more that I can't even think of...and those are all within 5 miles of my house...a couple have 2 locations in that mileage! ...and of course our favorite moves out and we have to hop on the highway and drive like 25 minutes to get to it (and not in a nice area of town...another town)...and all the grocery stores, Sams, and Costco sell pizza they make there...our grocery store will even cook it for you while you shop if you want at no extra charge. Talk about getting boys to unload a van full of food quick..."there's hot pizza if you hurry up and put away the food". lol

I've learned to enjoy Papa John's pizza since moving to WI. You just can't get what I consider really good pizza here. Nobody does pizza like New York does pizza. My favorite place back home was Romeo's, and if we went into the city, it was Zips. To quote Annie, "OMgah!" They just don't make pizza that way here. They do those evil cracker crusts and cut it into freakish squares. Blah! So, I do Papa John's Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza. That's mine. Andrew and JP get pineapple, mushrooms, sausage and/or ground beef and sometimes olives on theirs. Devin gets gluten-free pizzas from a local GF bakery.:thumbup:

Oh, the absolute worst pizza out here is at Rocky Rococco's. Nasty with a capital NAST. Ugh, I seriously wanted to spit vile crap into the face of whomever came up with the recipe. Worst. Pizza. Ever. I'll even eat deep dish (which is just wrong...cheese on the bottom people???) over RR.

We only have pizza hut here...I have to be in the mood for pizza though..my fave is pan with canadian bacon..DH will only eat it if it's piled with meat so he always wants the meat lovers...I usually end up picking most of it off. He doesn't eat his crust though so I always finish that for him lol.

I used to LOVE LOVE papa john's pizza with their garlic dipping sauce...YUM..wish we still had one.

Oh..CiCi's is good and it's a buffet and pretty cheap. I like it b/c of their desert pizza lol

Wait, Lynette. Isn't there a BeauJo's down in the Springs? Surely you've had a BeauJo's pizza, being a Coloradoan and all...

If not, shame on you and get to a BeauJo's ASAP. Heck, take a drive up here to Ft. Collins and Lizzy and I will treat you to the yumminess that is BeauJo's.

Besides BeauJos', my fave pizza is Papa Murphy's (take n bake) Veggie DeLite. Thin crust, white garlic sauce, cheese, tomatoes, spinach, olives, artichokes.... Mmm.....

I don't think we do! I've never heard of it and according to the website the closest one is Denver. Lame Colorado Springs. :thumbdown: :D
 
I have never heard of Papa Murphy's before...seems like alot of people like it though LOL. There is a place that just opened not far from me called Mellow Mushroom which I assume sells pizza and maybe some other stuff. We havent tried it yet but it is always packed. I mean wall to wall cars in the parking lot/waiting to be seated packed. Not many pizza places around here get like that. Anyone else ever heard of Mellow Mushroom?
 
We like Papa Murphys and Little Caesers. Jeff likes Pizza hut, me not so much. We both like a chain here called Pizza Shoppe. I also like CiCi's.. the one by me is really nice, and we go there once a month or so.
 
we have ci-ci's here. Its like two or three towns over in another county but not so far we cant go there every so often. My husband likes ci-ci's but me not so much. I just dont think they are so great. Mostly because they are always kinda dirty. Tables and floors are sticky. The pizza I like is almost always out because we always manage to go when there is some large group of people that clean out the pizzas as soon as they are put out. My favorite pizza though is the desert pizza Pizza Hut used to have. It is really good!!
 
Dh is from Philly originally where pizza is just better, according to him, so he's the picky one! He likes Papa Murphy's Take N Bake pizza, Double Daves, Little Ceasar's and the pizza I make. I am not too picky myself as long as it's thin crust with beef, onions, olives, & mushrooms I am good to go. DH & my boys all eat cheese so I can get what I want which works out great for me. Personally I love Papa Johns but DH vetoes me on that one every time but like I said to me it's just pizza so it's all good!
 
Working for Pizza Hut I tend to stick to Pizza Hut since that is what gets ordered when I'm at work plus we have a 20% discount unless someone else is buying.

I either have a kids ham slam with bbq base sauce (ham, cheese) or a hawiian with bbq base sauce on a thin base - really depends if we are using our staff discount or coupons.
 
We don't buy at any chains anymore. To us they seem to have gone down hill over the years. We now make our own homemade pizza with pepperoni, lots of cheese and olives.
 
Our favorite places arent chains. Our city has a lot of great local pizza places.
We all like certain ones but can always agree on pepperoni.
 
I have a few local places also. A place called Papa Joes and another place which starts with a P but I cant remember the name now. We go there a few times a year with all three kids and my hubby and me and get an x-large pizza and take it to a local park to eat kinda like a picnic.
 
I love Papa John's and I'll eat about anything from there. However, I adore pizza and wouldn't turn it away from most any place. I'd have to say that Dominoes is my least favorite. My favorite local place is one called BJ's. Mmm-mmm! DH likes meaty pizzas - which I don't mind - but I really like veggie pizzas and he doesn't care for them.
