So I'm redecorating my office bathroom and "giving" it to my DD's since in the fall my oldest starts Jr High and will have to be up at like 5:30AM to get ready. I was cleaning out under the sink and I found the 2 pack pregnancy test we used back in Jan 2009 when we found out about SURPRISE baby C. I only used one so there is one left.....I asked DH if I should keep it or throw it out.....his reaction kind of went like this  :cursing: :glare: and then started twitching and muttering to himself :D :D Needless to say I took that as his response that I should throw it out, but man it's a perfectly good test and I hate wasting money!!! :D :D

So what do you think.....pitch it or keep it!?!?!

Until you are 100% sure you are done (possibility wise not necessarily decision wise) having kiddos. Keep it. Just don't announce that you did. Course I think they do have a shelf life too though.

I'd keep it so long as it wasn't expired. That's what I did until I was 100% sure I was done. Then I gave my extra one to a friend that was trying to get prego :)

I love to purge, so I would throw it out. If it is less likely I will not use it, I would get rid of it, and figure I can get another one if the day comes that I do need it. But I am lucky to have a 99 cent store that has them cheap.

LOL Theresa - but when you're done..and you really want to be done...and you realized that oh crap..we might not be done. Having one handy to pull and test is WAY better than having to go out and get one LOLOL. Not that it would change anything...but a little peace of mind is a good thing when you need it ;)

I totally see your point. When you want to know, you want to know in that instant. And waiting to go buy a test could be more than some of us could handle. I get it. Hide it away somewhere just in case.

I'm like Theresa, I don't keep stuff if I can help it. We move way too often to have clutter. [I know we are done done, the doctors said no more. :) ]
