Ok chickies!!

So lately, I've become a bit addicted to pinning recipes I want to try to change things up around here in the cooking department. Earlier this week, I tried this one for a Parmesan Chicken Bake...

It was seriously SOOOO good. Super easy to make and the kids and I all LOVED it which is super rare that all three of them will agree that something is amazing.

So anyhow, I was wondering, do you have any recipes pinned that you've actually tried and think are super yummy? I'd love to see your favorite tried and true discoveries from Pinterest!

p.s. - tried these too... easy to make with only 3 ingredients, but bleh, not very good...

There is a recipe on there called Peppermint meltaways. Do NOT waste your time. When I made these, they were as flat as pancakes and all you could taste was the flour and cornstarch. Very disappointing.

So weird Paula, those are my favorite Christmas cookies! Mine have never turned out flat before. Might be the different climate/elevation we are cooking in?

I even made a page for my cookbook (that I hope to finish in my lifetime...) this week with Mari's kit -

I was curious about the peppermint meltaways and searched on pinterest...there are so many different pins of it, I wonder if there are differences in the recipes?

And here's my tried it board http://pinterest.com/kelley_q/made-this-did-this/

There aren't very many recipes there...I haven't kept up well with it. My absolute fave recipes from pinterest has been the twix brownies and caramelitas. Yum!

I don't have a "made and approved" board, but I do ETA my pins after I've made something. Anyway, here are some of my faves. And I'm going to pin some of the goodies mentioned here! :) Here's my foodtastic board, where all of these are found.
EASY PB and chocolate brownies:

Cinnamon Roll pancakes (YUMMY but use a thick pancake batter)

Pumpkin Old-fashioned donuts. LOVE LOVE LOVE these. And that site is full of greatness!

These Pumpkin Snickerdoodles are one of my absolute faves. DH loves them, DD loves them, anyone who's tried them loves them. (Friends have asked for the recipe. Gotta love that! lol)
