Photoshop Elements 11????

Hello,

I've been using Photoshop Elements 1 for over 9 years. Loved that program! Simple and easy to use. Well....I just got a new computer today and it will not let me install version 1. (To old and outdated). I need to upgrade but I have windows 8. The adobe tech guy told me that only versions 10 & 11 will work with windows 8.

Which one should I get?
 
I have Windows 8 and use PSE9. Maybe it's not technically compatible but it works. However, if you're going to upgrade I'd go with the most recent update.
 
I never worked in PSE1... however, both 10 or 11 will probably be a big change for you... so if I were you, I'd go with 11, the latest and greatest! :)
 
You'll probably have access to lots of online tutorials with the most current version. I've heard great things about the ease to use 11.
 
I don't have much experience with older versions of PSE, but 11 IS pretty sweet. It's a lot easier to use actions with it compared to prior versions from my understanding.
