Confession time!

Share with us your Photoshop confessions.

I just used the clone tool to remove the mildew spot off the grout of my bathtub.

I know I can't be the only one who cleans their house with Photoshop.

i do!! i fix messy faces, things on the floor i don't want in the picture, etc. its a fantastic tool, lol.

Ha, ha... Amanda you crack me up!!

The only thing I've done have been eyes... in the last Simply Sweet Magazine in my layout, my sister-in-law's eyes weren't looking at the camera... now they are... it's magic! I totally blew my hubby's mind with my "skills"... LOL!!

wrinkles, glare on glasses, etc.

I always change the color of water too. Like at the beach the water isn't the gorgeous blue that I'd like, so I fix that. Sorry Mother Nature. LOL

I've cleaned my carpet in my old house, the grout lines to just about every "bath" photo, zits, stray hairs, removed outlets & stains off walls ... it was one of my favorite things I learned during my Photoshop course almost 10 years ago (that and extractions!! lol).

Oh yep, I've cloned out mildew from the tub, spit-up from the carpet as well as bits of fuzz & crumbs, and a few times I've replaced faces/bodies so that they'd look better with the rest of the picture. My last thing was I replaced the sky because when I tweaked the photo, the sky went totally white which looked stupid to me. LOL

I clean up my wrinkles and stuff now and then, and fix the water colors too. But I never even thought to clean the house. Thank you for the idea.

What I do is that when I take photos of my apartment I always temporarily remove any given piles out of sight, and when I move to the next bit of space I move them back. Not a Photoshop trick, but kind of related. :-)

nothing ruins a cute baby photo like a dirty face LOL and I've cleaned a spot off my dh's forehead more times than I can count!

Yep, messy faces, crumbs and stuff on the carpet, crazy flyaway hairs on my dd, you name it, I clone it out. lol

I tweaked my DH's photo for his campaign petitions. I took off the glare from his nose, removed a zit and whitened his teeth a bit. It is still him just a cleaner version. He couldn't believe that I could do that sort of stuff. I always clone out gunk on the face and my DD's ezcema and stains on the carpet.

I've whitened my teeth, cleaned the kids' faces, and removed boo-boo's (ya know, the kind that aren't even cute, and when I'm not doing a page about said kid getting said boo-boo). :)

and I've given my oldest son some eyebrow hair. LOL. He has a scar through his eyebrow and the hair doesn't grow there. So I add it in. :p

I cloned a can of Mt Dew next to my son's plate. It wasn't his but it looked like it and I didn't want to hear about what a terrible mother I was for giving my 22 month old Mt Dew:)

I clone things out all the time! I've actually found myself thinking IRL during home improvement tasks, "Rotate<Flip horizontal"!!! lol

I've cloned out ugly outlets, bad shadows from flash, and even an extra chin or two from those shove-your-face-in-your-chest laughs! hahaaha!!!!

would you believe I had to edit out my bra strap from the wedding photos the (so called) professional photographer gave me.

While I was at it I filled in Bill's thinning hair for him LOL

for the kids I don't do much. Now for me or dh or even my BF, I'm the zit be gone, teeth whitener, eye color(dh has wonderful blue eyes that don't show that well), slimmer(in my mil's photos) and much more. When I'm shooting photos I try to avoid the bad background, but sometimes don't care.

I do it all the time. Almost every picture I have of DS I've cloned out the snot running from his nose!! LOL

Wow, the ideas in this thread lol :)

I've really only cloned a few photos, the one I recall recently was when my oldest wanted a photo of her with her car for the senior slide show, and there was another vehicle in the background which I removed. And of course she removes or has me remove any pimples.

I have cloned out dirty faces, but not much else. Like Col, I'm wayyyyy too lazy. I'm lucky with my mojo being gone to get a page done, never mind spend all that time fixing stuff in the picture LOL.

One thing I have done is swap heads out in pictures. My kids are notorious for not looking at the camera at the same time, etc, but I only do this for Christmas card pictures.

I clean the house and the kid all the time in the photos. It seems he always had a mess face or is sitting in front of some mess when he's being cute. He also gets exzema and I do not want that on every single picture of him, so out it goes. I would never post a picture of myself without cleaning up the skin a bit either.

LOL, I totally vacuum my floors with photoshop. I've also used it for taking crayon off the walls, food off faces, and I've even taken extra people out of a pic!

omg, I don't think I have the skillz you girls have! The most I've done is erase my eyebags and random zits and fill in my weird eyebrows. I wouldn't know how to clone out piles of stuff, change a person's head/face or fiddle with their eyes, lol.
