Photograph Watermarks

ok, I asked this before but I can't seem to find the thread...I made a watermark {or at least I think I did} just by making a stamp with "Scrappin' 4 Four Fotography"...how do I get it to look professional on my photo? It doesn't look right...here is the image...

and I want to put a white frame with a black matt {or vice versa}on all my photos as well, can anyone tell me how to do that in as little steps as possible THNX!

What program do you have? I use PSP and I use the 'borders' options to create mine. It slaps a border of whatever size & color you specify around the photo.

I too am in the process of doing this to my photos but I use Photoshop CS
My problem for now is picking the right font...lol
