Photo Editors HELP! :)

Ok, so I'm not the best photo editor in the world, and I need major HELP! I finally got all the kids in this photo at Thanksgiving, but it's such horrible quality! They were all wiggling and squirming, and running around but I actually got all of them in only this 1 shot (out of soooo many that I tried!)
I'm actually really embarrassed to show this photo cuz it's just terrible, but I really want to save it!!!! Anyone have any suggestions or know of any actions or anything that I can do to save this pic!?!?! Thanks so much!!!

i actually love the pic. probably because a lot of my pics turn out less than stellar too but i still manage to use them after playing with them. i don't care if they aren't perfect, lol.
 
Ok. I'm no expert. Have you tried changing it to black & white or sepia to see if you like that look?

And I don't think it is really that bad plus I give you extra credit points for getting seven children in one shot like that. It's a cute pic.
 
in pse (and I 'm sure in ps but I dont remember now) there's an option under the sharpening tools to remove certain types of blurs (motion blur etc).. it tends to help things imo that are just a tad off
