Photo Actions

I loveeeee Itty Bitty Actions and 1 click actions, they are a total life saver!! I also LOVE the imagenomic portraiture filter! Its amazing!! I am going right now to check these out honey!

I use the Pioneer Woman's free Fresh & Colorful action on almost all my photos.

My go to b&w action is a free one from atncentral called B's Vanilla B&W. It does have a slight brownish cast, hence the name, but I love that it's slightly different from a 'normal' b&w.

Oh, and I got a cool cross-processing one at atncentral called Urban Acid that I use when I'm feelin' funky. :p

I would love the totally rad actions but not in my budget currently.. and i'm kinda holding out hope that maybe they will develop raw presets for them instead of actions (now that i use acr in photoshop i'm way too lazy for actions)

Those are really gorgeous!

I have more actions than I even know what to do with, problem is, I never remember to use them! LOL!

Oh wow, those are so neat! I write most of my own actions or do custom editing for everything .... I'd probably save a crapload of time if I didn't. I have the Pioneer Woman's free actions and I bought a pack of Christy's actions too.

um, WOW. and um, yikes at the prices. but WOW. wait, I said that.

This complete novice plays with the free actions from CoffeeShop Photography, and hopes enough of the tutorials from here will allow me to figure out all the stuff in Photoshop the pros used to create those actions...

I want Nichole's too but they aren't in my budget..

I really like Pioneer Woman's b/w action too...I have Itty Bitty and RAD but hardly ever use them. PW made hers with the RAD guy too!

Yay LA for bringing us the free actions...those other ones are Beautiful, but not in my sparse budget these days...I already spent my fun money this month. I do use some actions from www.phaunt.com esp. sunshine in my hand..

Ohhhh Sheri if you EVER save your actions if I get a little extra cash in paypal I would totally buy them from you, your photos are always gorgeous!! I also have Christys and love the color popper ones, the only one thing I dont love is they tend to make my pictures a tad on the sharp side if the file size isnt just right!

I love my Itty Bitty Actions, but really want the Totally Rad ones...I decided to cave in the 11th hour of their sale recently but the website wasn't loading and I never received a response after I asked them about it...so, no moolah for them (as if they need it, LOL) and I'll just wait and see how badly I want them at the next sale. :)

I've cut back considerably on my processing. I really only adjust the shadows and contrast in the raw editor, and then defog in photoshop. Sometimes a slight curve adjustment, but that's about it!

OMG all these actions are making me wish I was wealthy!! I am loving these! I have some Christy actions but I don't use them too much anymore.

Sarah- I actually use your actions all the time lol! Especially your noise settings, contrast and dark glow.

I splurged and bought the Totally Rad Actions during the last sale they had. I had gotten the trial set from them and totally fell in love. I'm still learning what they all do because there are so many of them but so far they're definitely the best actions I've used. And yes the price is rather steep but I think it actually works out to something like $2.50 an action which isn't that bad at all.

I love Totally Rad Actions, you can get three of them for free too if you can't buy the set. They just put out a second set too.

I also would love to get the Itty Bitty actions.

I really really want the totally rad actions. I'm going to invest in them after the first of the year when I get ready to start my photo biz after I get out of the air force.

Wow Sarah, thanks for the ultimate compliment! I'm beyond flattered that you think my photos/editing is good!

On Christy's actions, you can click the box to make the USM step interactive (it's usually the first step in her actions) and then tone it down or eliminate it, that will keep a bit of the softness. I haven't used her actions for a while, but I agree with certain photos they can come out looking overprocessed.

Thanks again for the compliment! :)
