so for those of you that print 8x8 pages from them anbd put them in albums, can you take a couple of pictures of the printed pages and share with me? I have only printed 12x12 with them and I am just curious how the quality is on the 8x8 :) I LOVE the 12x12, so just want to check out the 8x8 )

I do 8x8. Im not sure if it will traslate well to a photo but I can tell you they are a-maz-ing. I love PP so much!! If you want to see them in a photo still though I can get one and upload it.

Jessica, can you read your journaling on the 8x8 pages, that is really the only thing I am worried about....

I print 8x8 and haven't ever had any issues reading my journaling. I'll try to take a pic of a page with journaling and post it here. Give me a moment or two and I'll be back. :)

I design my pages 12x12 and write in 11 or 12 pt font and never had have a problem of reading it on 8x8's. :)

yes and my journaling spans from 22 - 12. In order to get a decent pic though I would have to go outside cause the lighting in here sucks. Hoping that the girls here can help with that. I will tell you though I ordered a small amount of pages cause I was not sure how they would look...my next order I ordered ALL 6 years of scrapping. Thankfully it was on a sale. Over 360 pages at one time. Even with that many there were no mistakes. No edges cut off. Color was perfect. And they were sooo fast!!

yep, same here. when i type up my journaling, i zoom into 25% & then adjust the font size to whatever i can see/read. it's usually 12 pt...maybe 14.

Here is one 8x8 in sleeve and out plus I put the online version in here. I did run the Slightly Lighten action on the pics to correct some bad lighting.

They are matte.

Oh and I am sure they are great but prior to using Persnickety Prints I used Shutterfly to make a book. The quality was OK. The paper in the book I thought was kinda thin. And some of the pages had journalling cut off. So I switched to Persnickety hoping the quality would be better and I was not at all disappointed.

Angie - I design 12x12 and print 8x8 and never have a problem with the journaling. I don't say a particular font size because fonts are created differently so sizes aren't equitable between fonts, but I always reduce my final layout to 25% and see if I can easily read it on the screen. This gets you what you need. We love the 8x8 size. perfect to hold, easier to store, and cheaper to put together. The quality of the shots and paper are great!

Sorry Angie -- kiddos got crazy and I didn't make it back with my pics. But I do exactly what the other gals do -- create in 12x12 with 11-12 pt font and print at 8x8. I don't have any problems with the size of the journaling on my printed 8x8s.

well I printed my 2011 Dec Daily :) 63 pages later and I can't wait to see it...gonna save it and put it together and have our "Elf" bring it to the kids on Dec 1st :)
