PDA-type gadget thingies

I think I need one! lol But I'm not even sure what to look for or where.

I would mainly like to use it to:
*Read .pdf/.doc files (like digital books for traveling)
*Look at photos (be able to plug an SD or xD card into it if possible)
*Listen to music
*Surf the internet

I don't need phone or camera capabilities in it.

If anyone knows of something that would fit what I am looking for, please pass on some suggestions.

Well what I have is a Palm 700...I watch my music videos on it, listen to music, check e-mail, surf, google maps to find places I want to shop (newer version has a GPS), text messages...oh yeah and I also make phone calls on it. lol

I'm not sure if I can read books on it...you might have to check that link...but keep in mind there are newer versions out now...my dh has a newer version and it has a windows based palm.

perhaps look into an iphone or itouch? I think they can do the last 3 things on your list. Not 100% on the first one though.

and the one i have does what ur asking but we have it throgh sprint...it's a windows phone...sara--drop me a note on anyone ur looking to have it through...and i'll show u the options )

U have Tmobile...AT&T, Sprint...Verizon...
