Paypal ???????

I'm trying to purchase a camera strap and I want to use my CC through Paypal. However, I have a PP balance and it keeps applying it and I don't want it to!!! Can anyone help???? TIA!!!!

Can you not sign into paypal and use the little pay with credit card if you don't have a paypal account on their front page?
