DH has a phone interview this afternoon with a recruiter for a controller job.
[Although he likes where he is working now, he's still an employee through the temp agency & the company seems in no hurry to bring him on full-time or provide him with benefits and PTO. He's being grossly underpaid for what he actually is doing for the company, and they know it.]
DH doesn't have quite as many years of experience as the job ad listed but he is quite capable of doing the work necessary & has the MBA to back it up (imagine actually getting our money's worth out of that investment!).
Anyways, if you could keep him in mind today, I would appreciate it. He is super weird abt job things so he always requires extra hand-holding and ego-stroking when he goes through the job application and interview process.
Getting this particular job would provide him with a permanent long-term job (something he has not had in 5+ years) with good benefits and provide us with enough money that we could make ends meet and have money for the kids to be in activities, plan and go on our first family vacation, etc.
Thanks! I have a good feeling abt it (which is very rare when it comes to jobelated things) but you never know, of course.
