P&PT For A (Potentially) Big Week Ahead

We finally found a decent house to rent & are now just waiting to hear back from the rental company on whether they are going to choose us or go with another family. We have been staying with my parents for the last month... and WE NEED TO GET OUT!

I have ANOTHER interview Thursday morning (I hate to even mention it at this point as I have had so many recently that have gone nowhere) & the position is NBD but it would give me summers off & get my feet in the door at the university so I suppose I should hope to get it if I can.

I'm assuming they are trying to get someone in place before the entire campus shuts down for Christmas Celebration so the job would actually start after the new year. Since DH's job is technically contract, it would be nice to have me working in case he goes a couple of weeks between assignments. He thinks he'll get picked up by the company he works for, but you never know...

ANYWAYS, stuff happening this week has the potential to affect us in the long-term so any P&PT you have are, as always, much appreciated. :wub:

Well, I didn't get the job I interviewed for AND we didn't get the house, but DH found out this week that his contract has already been extended by a few months by the company he's working for so... 1 out of 3 is better than 0 out of 3, right?!
