Our new baby - St. Patrick

Remember I mentioned before that my parents raised miniature donkeys (and I need a kit...hint hint....)? Well, while I was visiting my parents last week, we had a new one born, on St Patrick's day. So, of course we had to name him St. Patrick. Isn't he just the cutest thing?

My Daddy picked him up so we could see if it was a Patrick or Patricia...:p

And, with his Mommy.....so adorable!

Mine and my sister's kids were so excited (okay well me and Sissy were too :p) to finally be there when one was born. It was so cute to see how happy and proud my Daddy gets. :)

Aww, so cute!

Just curious -- do they use miniature donkeys for anything (like regular donkeys) or are they just pets?

cute! I was in the FFA program in high school and we had a few miniature donkeys (along with goats, sheep, 2 cows, and chickens) next to the goats, I loved those donkeys a bunch.

Ummm...not sure. For my parents they are just pets. LOL

In fact...this one thinks it is human I guess. This picture is totally unplanned. Miss Mocha just got in the line up and was chillin' there checking out the new baby. This one (Miss Mocha) is amazing. She is like a dog. She even digs holes after watching my parents dog do it. :p

Bwahahahaha.....me too! Make sure you get lots of acreage. Dinner time is the only time the drive me bonkers. They are like roosters are in the morning....but they do their eeeehhh--aaahhhh noise thing. So annoying. Thank goodness my parents have so many acres you can't hear them unless you get within an acre or two. :p
