OMG that was way faster than I anticipated! They came in WAY under asking price, so we countered and they accepted. We're meeting with the realtor this evening to get the papers started and everything. I can't believe this is finally happening!

Congrats that is fabulous! We just sold ours and moved right before Christmas, so exciting but exhausting at the same time. I'm still trying to get back in the swing of normal. Our buyer came in very low too and we rejected it and he came back with a solid offer after.
