Our house is up for sale!

Sorry for being a bit MIA, it's just a lot of stuff to figure out and get the ball rolling for us right now. Good news, house is up for sale:

We're having an open house next Sunday, so hopefully it sells quickly and for a good price. The price has increased since we bought it 2 yrs ago, thankfully, so we're not looking at a financial loss in any case.

Now, when the house is sold, I can really start looking for some place to buy for B and I. Hopefully we'll find something decent in the area! :)

Thanks everyone, I love our house, but I can't afford to keep it now that SO and I have split. I just hope that it sells for a good price so I can afford to get something smaller in the same area, the real estate prices here are sky high! The asking price for our house is $556 623, and it's not a huge house either.

Wow! It's gorgeous! Hope it sells quickly for you and that you find just what you're looking for in your new place. :)
