Order failed?

This is the first time this has ever happened to me. This morning I put in my order using my SR. Went through the payment thing for my paypal and then it brought me back to the store and said order failed. But it did take the money out of my paypal because I received an email receipt. Kinda bummed me out since I wanted to play with some new goodies. :(

I emailed Robin. Still waiting to hear back from her.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
 
I didn't have that problem this morning when I placed an order but I did have the issue that it didn't return me back to SSD after I paid via paypal. I only knew my paypal was done with the transaction because while it was attempting to go back to SSD I got my paypal receipt in email.... and then immediately got my SSD email with links, so I just closed out of paypal without it ever going back to SSD.

I hope you get it resolved!
 
Oh, wow. I ordered this morning too and had a problem. Not the same problem, but when it went to Paypal, the screen was just a white screen and it said the information I was trying to send exceeded the space available. So weird.
 
I did once back in May of 2011. I paid with a GC and it said it failed but it took the money off my gift card and sent me my download links to my email!! Did you check to see if it sent you your download keys!?!?!
 
Yea it didn't send anything other than the receipt from paypal to my email.

I did get ahold of Robin and she got it fixed for me. :)
