my day so far has consisted of shoveling outside for about 30 minutes. I feel like I am gonna barf - I hate shoveling snow! Oh, and I get to do it again when I get home. Ewwww.
(ok, really can't complain that it's Dec. 2 and today is our first real snowfall, but still - I hate snow!)

Yes, I also know these people - and yes, I do yell nasty things sometimes (at co-workers, not customers LOL). And they are so stupid, that they actually come back and ask more stupid questions after I yell at them! It's a really good thing I am good at my job!
