And I'm almost done with my AA in Graphic Illustration so i'm getting down to just a few required classes that are HARD to get scheduled because I go to a satellite campus so they don't offer a full schedule. Thankfully, both Jo AND Karsten will be in preschool 8:45-11:45 every day so that freed up a whole block of time I was lucky enough to fill with 2 required classes that fit perfectly but get this:

Monday: 9 am-11:25 - Art/Des 62
Monday: 6:30-9:35pm - Philosophy
Tuesday: 9 am-11:40 - Art/Des 52
Tuesday: 6:30-8:55 - Spanish 1 (even though I took 4 years and 2 AP classes of it in HS..I didn't pass the AP test so I have to start at the very beginning again..joy!)
Wednesday: 9 am-11:25 - Art/Des 62
Thursday: 9 am-11:40 - Art/Des 52
Thursday: 6:30-8:55 - Spanish 1

Holy heck! This is the fullest schedule I've taken since I had kids. I take this many units every semester but normally it's 2 or 3 3 hour classes at night and a couple online every week. I'm gonna be running all over town...how am I ever going to get any work done!?!

It's exciting and a little overwhelming at the same time!! Have I ever told you how proud I am that you're pursuing this on top of all that you do? I think it's fabulous, T!

Looks like you'll be one seriously busy woman. Wow! Keep your eye on the prize though...you're so close!

aawww thanks Sara

I almost took a semester off because this semester has SUCKED so bad (astronomy 6 hours on tuesday and public speaking on mondays....gah!!)

WTG Traci! That's a mighty full week for a working mom! At least you get Friday "off",lol. Really, congrats on achieving all this

I totally feel you. My degree is in education, and they way they schedule the courses so working teachers can take extra classes, it was sooo difficult to get those required courses the last few semesters. You're gonna be one busy woman! Congrats on being almost done! That is so exciting!

Ewwwwwwwwwww!!! That's why I can't bring myself to go get my masters, lol. Crazy school!

Since you're Superwoman, I'm sure you'll be ok ;) :p

Yikes that is a crazy schedule! You are gonna be one busy chick! I remember having a few schedules like that when I was getting my Bachelors but that was pre-kids so I can't imagine doing it now!

i'm so proud of you for doing this! lol! like a proud mama (proud Hawt Mama haha) i wanted to go to school for graphic design but just never made it. instead, i'm a SAHM. lame-o! lol

aww thanks girls! My degree has a concentration in graphic illustration, thus why I'm drawing for my kits more and more..LOL

wow, quite the schedule but I'm sure you'll handle it all beautifully! somehow being busy gets one to get more organized and better about getting stuff done (at least this is my belief)

Traci, I am in admiration. I have wanted to go back to school for so long, and haven't done it, I just can't imagine being any busier than I already am. You rock!

And I totally agree with Mimi, when I have more to do and no time to be idle, I generally am more organized!

That is one busy schedule! You can do it girl!! I too am proud of ya! That is a major thing to accomplish and you are so close! Keep it up!! ((hugs))

that's a pretty full schedule! i can't bring myself to register to graphic design yet. i can't find the time outside of work and kids. at least that's my excuse. lol the class is only 1x a week, but i'm thinking that means tons of homework and projects outside of class time. i'm dreading homework. ugh!

good luck with school!

Wow, you're going to be one busy mama! You're so close, so it'll be worth it!

Philosophy for 3 hours at night? Eeek. I took Econ as a night class in college and it wasn't fun. I hope your Philosophy class is interesting though.
