OMG... so exhausted!

I have literally been sitting here staring at ACDSee and I cannot even think of anything to scrap.

I'm fighting bad allergy headaches and DH has been busy at work, so I'm pretty much doing everything for the house and the kids. Plus my normal stuff for work. And then stupid me decided to spend 2 hrs last night reading Photo Freedom by Stacy Julian, because it finally arrived in the mail yesterday.

I'm EXHAUSTED... and of course I have a thousand things to do, but I have no energy and no focus. I need a nap.
 
I read Photo Freedom in a day this weekend, lol. LOVED it and I can't wait to reorganize my stuff!

But, I'm really sorry you're so exhausted!
 
That sounds like an interesting read...may have to check it out!!! I hear ya about being exhausted though. I have not done anything today except put my niece to bed and get 1 load of laundry in the washer and I need a nap now too...plus it is all gloomy and raining here so that does not help at all.
 
I hate being so tired! I woke up at 4 am and had to take meds for my *#*&#%^$ shoulder, and I've been dopey all day. I hope you get a nap or something soon!

ETA I have something to email you in a few LOL

Oh I totally love the book too! I can't wait to get more organized!

I was just looking online to order albums so I can get those set up since I currently have none! LOL
 
That book looks like something I should be reading!!

I hope your day perks up a bit. I have been there and know how bad that can be.
 
While my mom and I were shopping on friday, we went to her LSS. She bought each of us a 3 ring binder. Last night I pulled out my scrapbooks to organize all of them into the one big one. Turns out, I don't have very many LO's! LOL! I do, but I wanted to leave Tiger's in her cute red post bound book, and then I did a travel book for our trip to Hawaii and SanFran so I wanted to leave those seperate. Turns out that aside from those 2 books, I don't have many lo's! Lol! Oh well. I'm hoping to get back into paper soon. I have a "vacation" photo album, and I'm going to make it a photo album scrapbook and put our pictures from Cabo and Vegas in there I think.
 
Before the book, I was going to do yearly albums. But now I see where that doesn't make sense. I like her album breakdown and theme albums like you are saying Col.

I'm looking at the American Crafts Modern 8x8 albums. Or the corduroy.
 
I use an AC 8x8 modern for a project I did last year and I LOVED it. I'm definitely buying the 12x12 modern ones. I need to wait and see how many digi LO's I print, and how many paper lo's I start doing before I dive in and order 5 or 6 albums (even though that's what I want to do, lol!)

I already categorize my photos on my EHD by year, but I do season. So I'm going to change that to month, cuz it's easy. And then when I tag things in ACDSee, I'll tag with her categories. Super simple. I bought a 3up album to get things printed and stored in. I think that's part of why my paper scrapping is so slow lately. I have to find the picutres I want to scrap first, then print them, etc. So I need to start getting things printed more.
 
I was going to do the same thing with ACDSee, since I already have the majority of my digital photos organized by month. What I really need to do is send of the old photos to be scanned.

I'm tempte to order 5-6 albums as well... we must be cut from the same cloth here! LOL! But I'll restrain myself to two for now!
