OMG,Did you ladies see this?

I saw it earlier today. I figured she was either really good, really bad, or lip syncing.
 
ummm. i'm pretty sure that performance did not bring tears to my eyes. :unsure: wow...i'm a sap. just like that judge said, everyone was against her and those powerful lyrics, mixed with that incredible voice. WOW!!! i'm seriously crying for pete's sake.
 
I think it's totally amazing every time I hear it, brings me to tears! And to think all these years she was overlooked because she didn't have the right "package". I heard her say somewhere that she's never even been kissed.
 
It just comes to show that sometimes we judge too quickly. I thought for sure she would be ridiculous just because of the way she looked. Like one of the judges said it was a good wake up call.
 
I saw this a couple days ago. It was featured on Yahoo. I didn't find it shocking. I found it amazing and wonderful. And, an abject lesson for all to not judge a book by it's cover.
There was a similar contestant last year on Britain's got talent. His voice was incredible and he was just an average working stiff. Difference was he sang opera and not broadway.
Why can't Simon act this way here on AI? I can almost believe he's human when I see him on BGT.
 
I have NEVER seen Simon smile like that. That was almost as amazing as the woman (jk).

But WOW! I am sitting here wiping away tears! She is amazing! I hope she wins!!!
 
I agree this was SO touching! Honestly I LOVE Simon when hes like this. I think hes just sick of AI. I am hearing all these rumors now hes done soon enough.

I agree though while it was amazing because her voice is beautiful I think its sad how quick we are all to judge. I wish I could just hug her!
 
I saw the one with the other guy that sang opera and he was amazing too.
But yeah this was a good reality check for me, never judge by the front cover.
I really hope she wins too.
 
What an amazing voice!

I actually felt so bad for her when she first walked out on stage because the audience was judging her on her looks....What a sad place we live in where your looks matter so much....:(

I, also, hope that she wins!:thumbup:
