Whoo - just found out that the Olympic Torch will be passing through our nearby town on Sunday - about 10 miles away. Got to get myself over to see that :thumbup:

fun! it is a great thing to see! we got to go for the last olympics! It was the same day as lily's birthday so was quite a treat - it was here EARLY (6:30 am or something like that) but was worth it for the experience for sure

It's coming here too Rachel at the bottom of our hill, about a mile away and it's a Saturday so I'm not at work either so I can go and see it

I love everything about the Olympics! You definitely need to go see the torch! I have great memories of the Olympics from when they were here in SLC.

so cool!! I keep thinking it came through our town for the Olympics in Atlanta/1996. Gosh you would think I would remember it better. I know I saw one of the torches being carried though and that is only one I would think it could be.
