Okay Crochet girls..hook me up!

OH goodness....I have been online at Ravelry and Lion looking at free scarf and hat patterns and I can totally see myself getting addicted. With 3 teen daughters I could never make enough of these items!

DH promised to take me to the craft store tomorrow so I can buy a skein or two of yarn and a few hooks. I found a beginner scarf to try. I'm so excited!

You will likely be overwhelmed with the yarn. I think the more tightly wound yarns are easier to learn on. If you have any questions though you can message me if you want. Ive been doing it for over 20 years. Also I would suggest buying the multipacks on the hooks because they are way cheaper and you can adjust easier that way on the tension. Crocheting is really simple once you get the hang of the basic chain and single crochet. Reading some of the patterns can be a little confusing but after awhile you wont even notice the abbreviations anymore. Itll be like it written out when you are reading it
