OK I cannot figure this one out LOL

My husband and I left earlier in the week to go somewhere and one of our neighbors had three neon green and black Chrysler 300's in the front yard all lined in a row. A couple days later there were now five. My husband just came home and told me now there are two neon green and black trucks lined up next to the cars. So seven identically painted vehicles all lined up by the road. It has my curiosity going wild I swear! Im wondering whats next? Some boats? Motorcycles? LOL I am gonna try and take a picture later cause it is just to funny when you actually see it.
 
LOL! Go knock on the door and ask! I wonder if they have a business that they are promoting?
 
Man I think they have another one. But they were outside working today so I didnt want to stop to just take the picture and my husband would not stop to ask them what they were doing with them. We have a race track out here though and they do the round track which is kinda like demolition derby where they hit each other alot so I am kinda leaning towards them being for that.
