I made salsa last night for the first time in several years. It was so yummy (if I do say so myself.

hahaha! I don't really have a recipe, I just sort of throw everything in it:
tomatoes
onions
green chilis
garlic
lime
fajita seasoning
cilantro
salt

I rarely use a recipe for anything. Just keep adding and mixing till it looks right and tastes good. lol

Alas, I need measurements for salsa, though. I don't eat it as it's always too spicy for me, but FI *loves* it & is dying to try out the new mini food processor my mom got us as a housewarming gift.
If I made him some, he'd love me forever.

My baby sister stayed with us over the summer and she "concocted" a salsa pretty much exactly like that but with cucumber. I tried it to be polite but it was SCRUM-DIDDLY-UMPTOUS!
