Nursing Preceptor Gift Ideas, help!

I'm currently finishing up my last clinical experience in nursing school. My preceptor (who volunteers to teach me on a one and one basis for 67.5 hours, and gets NO compensation, other than knowing she's training a fellow nurse) has been so great to me. She's also said enough great things about me to her supervisor that I was unofficially offered a job at the facility upon graduation. I want to give her something awesome as a "thank you" for the hours she's spent showing me the ropes and for talking me up to her peers and supervisor. It's a night shift nurse, she's a Christian, likes coffee (and and chocolate... I have until December 3rd to do this. Any ideas?

what about a spa certificate to get some pampering? I know how hard nurses work after spending five weeks in the hospital with my husband (he was not that demanding but other patients defenitely were!!) So I would think getting something done for her would be really nice

I like both ideas! I'd like to add a handmade touch to whatever I give her. Maybe a gift basket type thing?
