Nummy Banana Recipe???

I need to purge my freezer of bananas.. does anyone have a nummy recipe worth recommending?? Thanks!!

I use tis one a lot. It's sweet, and I cut out the butter/oil with applesauce (1:1 ratio) and add some ground flax seed and make it with 1/2 wheat vs all purpose flour. I also add copious amounts of pecan to it. We love it and it freezes REALLY well - just don't over bake it.
