OK, this may be silly to some of you, but I am a WW and I absolutely adore this product called PB2. Well, they're running a new contest for new product suggestions and I would love some votes if you have a minute.

Sucky thing is, me and someone else suggested virtually the same thing, but since she dropped the 'Nutella' bomb..I fear she will get more votes and shamelessly knock me out of the contest..lol. How dramatic, huh!? :thumbup:

YAY! Thanks you guys! I will edit my link to T's link...thanks T! I LOVE this stuff and I also LOVE Nutella, but cannot even attempt to have it on WW..sooo maybe they will listen to one of us and make something yummy.

In short, it's peanut powder that you re-constitute with water. 2TBS of the powder with 1TBS water is peanut butter..really! It's all natural..they just press the oils out of the peanuts and leave you with all natural peanut dust that is just really delicious if you love PB, but don't want the extra calories and fat.

I've never seen/heard of it being sold anywhere retail. All the people I've seen talk about it order it on their website. Of course, it comes from GA which is the peanut monster of the world.

My favorite way to eat it is with 1/2TBS marshmallow fluff mixed in and apples for dipping. It's soooo delish. It also makes really great PBJ sandwiches and this really yummy faux PB cup made with PB2, FF cool whip and chocolate syrup. YUMMM!
