NSBR: TOOT for DH!

My hubby is in the Air Force and the list for Master Sergeant was released this morning at 8 am CST and his name is on the list! He tested back in Feb and he's been agonizing over wondering if he made it or not. So excited for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
