I just signed up to be a consultant and I have my first party tomorrow night. I dreamt last night that I forgot all my candles!! LOL
I'm really excited, but I'm really nervous. I'm pretty new to candles all-together, but I love them!!

Does your friend like being a consultant? Is she busy enough (for what she wants to be)??

I'm just starting and figure that if I really give it an effort, I could make it work. My first show is tomorrow night and I'm really nervous about it!!

I love their candles! But their accessories are priced a little too high for me.

Tip: If/when you burn them at a show, be careful about mixing scents... I went to a party once and the consultant had about 7 different scents going and it smelled AWFUL!

Leah, do you guys have tart warmers? I have been trying to find a cute one.

My first boyfriend got me this pyramid thing with stars cut out, I loved it. My DH made me put it away, though, lol...I have several other candle holders too, from back when I went to the parties regularly, lol, but they're all packed in boxes too since we had kids.

My faves - my aroma melt warmers (tart burner) and my 3 wick candles!! And OMG, the new summer scents - that lemonade is DELISH!!!!

I bet that smells divine!!! Of course, I haven't burnt any candles in almost 3 years - since we had our house fire. I just can't handle a flame.

If you are afraid of having flames because of obvious reasons, check this out...http://www.scentsy.net/index.html

They are flameless tart burners (I think it uses a light bulb or something?)! If you read about it, it says how it works, and that the melted wax is not hot, so if it spills on someone it won't burn (always a bonus if a toddler happened to knock it over).

I used to sell them. Pantyhose will buff out scratches in the larger candles. Do not haul a three wick around. The candles really do burn clean, except for the square tapers.. do they still have those? Those do a really cool thing when they burn, so if they still have them, get some.

Also, the wax is warm, but it really will not burn you. Trust me. I've spilled it on myself more times than I care to count.
