Ugh. To hear about the Hybrid Babe Call.

I know that things got crazy with moving the server and all that jazz. And I was really good and didn't think about it much yesterday. I guess I kept busy and kept my mind off it.

But oh my goodness, now that I'm at work doing mindless things, it's all I can think about! LOL!

I'm trying REALLY hard to be patient I swear!
 
I'd assumed I hadn't made it since I hadn't heard.

on a similar note - we used to make fun of my mom that if anything sat still in her house for too long she would end up painting it green. Well last night I pulled out this box that had come with some play dishes my daughter got for Christmas. Its kind of shadow boxish - I think it will make a great stash organizer - so I was painting the outside. I overheard my husband mutter "like mother like daughter" LOL
 
In the newsletter on saturday Robin asked for all the applicants to be patient, because they had to move everything to the new, awesome server. So applicants won't hear until sometime this week.

Me = ball o' nerves
 
Good luck!! I didn't apply cuz I just am not into paper anymore even if it's a mix of paper with digi! LOL

We are actually on a house-hunting trip...moving to Tx this summer...and I made DH bring the laptop so I could check!!! I'm so bad at waiting...!!

Well, you can count me out of the race. I got my big reject letter tonight. I'm extremely disappointed. If I pretend otherwise, it would be a big fat lie.:(
 
Well, I'm with Samara and Col on this one...got my reject letter this morning. :( I'm really curious who the new babes are now, since I thought surely the two of you were in.

I'm so sorry guys. I'm not crafty at all, so I didn't apply, but I totally know how sad you feel, I felt the same way when I got my reject letter last month. ((hugs)) all around, and FWIW, I think you all are awesome at the projects you do!
 
(((hugs)))) girls! I know it's never easy to get a "no", I've been there so many times myself...my only advice is to keep creating beautiful projects, and keep trying! :)
 
You ARE awesome, Col and Samara!! Let this be a "not now" instead of a "no", because you rock the hybrid and you are incredible! I know that is still not fun, but you are both so talented and don't let this take that feeling from you. (hug)
 
Wow, Col, I thought for sure you would be picked first! Now I'm really curious about who did get picked... I also got the rejection letter

Wow - I thought for sure you would be chosen, your stuff is great!

I wasn't choosen either, though I wasn't surprised since I don't have a big gallery to show off.
