... but my Christmas tree was! Woke up this morning to find it on the floor, ornaments everywhere. :glare: :thumbdown:

Not a moment I thought to grab my camera... but now I'm wishing I had.

*spanks tree* BAD, BAD, NAUGHTY TREE!
 
LMFAO @ Emo Christmas Trees! LOL!

Ours fell over last year. It broke some of my collectible ornaments :(
 
Yea. :( None of them were too bad, but a horse lost a leg, and another lost a tail. I forget the other injuries. (They're a collectible set of carousel ornaments).

Poor Tiger was a mess too. She totally flipped out in her crate when she heard the noise cuz she thought there was intruder or something. Not to mention we got home from the party we were at at 130 in the morning. It was a rough night, lol.
 
Sheesh... what a night!

I just found a Hallmark kitty ornament with a broken leg but it looks like she's the only casualty. I wish these suicidal trees would think of the ornaments...

WON'T SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE ORNAMENTS!
 
Ohmyword, I"m totally cracking up at the thought of a suicidal Emo tree that is inconsiderate of its ornaments and their impending doom! Thanks for the laugh this morning!
 
All the more reason that I go for the fake trees - no feelings were hurt from being cut down and ripped away from it's family of trees to cause suicidal intentions.

*snort* I literally laughed so hard the dog looked at me funny (which is hard to discern since he's a pug and he looks at EVERYTHING funny but whatevs) and he usually ignores my loud self. :D

Last Christmas day , after all the gift opening, as I sad putting together 1 kazillion toys - mine literally fell on top of me! Talk about a buzz kill! I hope you didn't lose any sentimental ornaments!

OMG! Were you hurt??

The only casualty I had was a Hallmark ornament (I get the kids one each year) that lost a foot... she's out of the ornament hospital now though! :D
 
That sucks! That same thing happened to my moms tree when we were there on Christmas Eve one year. I cracked up but my mom....not so much! LOL! It was a real tree and water was everywhere along with all the trimmings!
