I'm in! Although I'm way way way North Texas so going down to the beach may be a little hard.

Maybe we can get a small one day crop/lunch in first at DFW to start us off? Please? I'm only 2 hours from DFW and I know some OKC people would probably come too!

Then make major plans for the summer thing to give us time/planning on how to get there!
 
I'm in Texarkana and will be here until Sunday and then I am on my way home to Nevada via Utah!! Anyone on my route? LOL
 
We'll definitely do a DFW get together..but a summer weekend at the beach - awesome!

Though that whole sand between the legs rash is not so fun :p
 
I'll be in Dallas in April for Robotics ... would love to meet up with someone ... we're staying near the convention center.
 
I'm in N. FW and was just about to ask if anyone new of any 'laptop' crops in the area or digi scrapper retreats in the area???? I'm more motivated when crafting with others!
 
Me! Me! I am more South Texas but I am fortunate to have a sis in McKinney so I will just crash her place for a few days so I can meet up with all of you.

And the beach idea....let's totally do it baby! I WUB the beach! I am in for that one too!
 
Keep me updated with what you'll be doing Darcy. I do need to go to Austin to see Ryan (I'm a bad bad mom...although i did send him a ticket home in 3 weeks), and I do need to take a trip to Dallas too. (I don't know all the terms you are using...Dallas is Dallas to me). You just never know...I might fly out and then maybe rent a car from Austin and drive up that way...or head to the beach! I need a vacation!

I'm in! :) Seriously, with summer coming, I'd be willing to head north or south for a get together. I get stir crazy after about three weeks off of school/work. :)
 
Wow, lots of Texas gals here...I'm near San Antonio and would SO love to meet up with some other digi-addicts.....! Rockport is just a couple hours from here and we go all the time anyway.......!

oooh, I'm glad this got bumped up...I'm in the Dallas area and would love to have a meet up...and this thread was from a bit before I really started hanging out here.

Actually I was kind of thinking about posting to see if any local gals want to set up 'play dates' over here...come over and scrap or work on hybrid projects or whatever. I can't drive and I'd love a good excuse to set up my office with a hybrid workstation...lol!

PM me if you want to pop in for an afternoon or at least if we do a group meet-up, somebody come and pick me up! lol

I know the feeling - another site that I am on has quite a few designers from Australia/New Zealand and does try and get a crop or two organized each year for us. This time around there is enough interest for the NZ crop but not enough to organize something for Aussie - I'll keep you posted if I hear anything about an Australian Crop.
