newsletter sign up

Hey girls - For some reason I didn't get the newsletter this week or last, but I have gotten it always in the past. I was going to re-sign up, but I can't figure out where to do that.

Can someone help a girl out? I'm missing out on the scoop!
 
Thank you for asking this. Same here but I think it's been even longer - like a month or so since I've received the newsletter. I emailed Robin earlier this week but she hasn't gotten a chance to get back to me yet so I missed todays also. I re-signed. Hopefully it will help. I missed the newsletter!!
 
Hey ladies...

For those of you not receiving your newsletter can you let me know what your @ is? So is it @aol.com, or @yahoo.com - I'm wondering if it's an ISP thing. I know some ISPs have us blocked for spam - which I would like to look into with your help!

I have not gotten one since the beginning of the month.......I will resign now!!! BTW Robin, I am @sbcglobal.net
 
Hey Christine,

Pretty sure it's an sbcglobal thing as I have received more than one email from an sbcglobal customer about this. I think our domain may be blocked for spam. If you have an sbc email addy, you could try calling your ISP and asking about unblocking us or you could signup using an alternate email if you have one.

Id love to get this figured out but im having trouble finding any contact info for sbc atm. I'll keep looking tho : )

I'm sbcglobal too!! I tried signing up for the newsletter from the link Teresa gave and I never even got the confirmation email - not even in my spam folder....hmmmm

ETA...I just signed up under my yahoo addy, so all is good now!! :)

OK - I am clueless :huh: I had no idea there was a newsletter - so I signed up - but I think I missed this month - is there someplace I can read a copy?
 
Nonnie, the newsletter is just a weekly ad sent out on Saturdays...mostly it has all the new releases pictured on it, then some of the Free With Purchase or other deals, and if there is any news, Robin puts it in there. :)
 
Just wanted to update you ladies...

This is definitely an at&t related issue - bellsouth, sbc global and att are all under the same mail tree. I've sent requests to be unblocked and forwarded bounceback errors, so hopefully we will have this resolved by the weekend.

HUGE thanks to those of you who got info to me on this from your ISP! I really appreciate it :)
