newsletter question!

I'm going to sound like a total newb asking this, but I'm wanting to know, so....

I got my SSD newsletter today, and as I was trying to read it, I wondered if everyone else got theirs in SUPER tiny format? When I get it, its always so small I have to stick my face right up to my screen, and even then its hard to read (probably cause I'm so close to it, lol). It doesn't get any bigger when I open it in its own window...

Is it a setting in my email, or is everyone else's small too? I thought that maybe it was an attachment for awhile, but since I have never seen a place to download an attachment in the email, I'm assuming its not...

Mine is just fine. But try hitting CTRL+ to zoom in.

I've noticed that mail in yahoo sometimes is tiiiiiiiiiiiny

I get my NL in gmail and it's nice and easy to read

Mine isnt tiny....but the image of you, nose pressed up to the computer screen to read makes me giggle!

Are you guys running Vista and/or MS Outlook 2007? Recently, Microsoft changed their HTML editor/processor in the (Office) Outlook 2007 version. Now, whenever you get an HTML based email, the new processor sometimes reformats email in very strange ways. There is no fix. There is nothing you can do, except maybe have the newsletter sent to a Yahoo, Gmail, or other web-based account. Those email editors process the code just fine and the newsletter should look normal.

Here is an article that discusses the change. It was an incredibly stupid move by Microsoft. I hope they fix it in their next version of Office/Outlook.

PS - Also, sometimes you won't be able to view the pictures in the newsletter. This is also due to the HTML editor problem in Outlook 2007.

Nope, I use WIndows xp and my outlook express is from like 2000 or something, but it's the same with yahoo, cuz i get it at both places.

And yeah, I have Yahoo! I guess thats what it is. I run Windows XP... DH refuses to get Vista, lol (not that I particularily want it either though)...

Mine is tiny too, but I use Hotmail for my newsletter.

ETA it is the same on my PC with XP or my laptop with Vista.

I hate to say this but I really don't read it unless I know something exciting is in the works......I take a quick look at the kits and head right to the shop :thumbup:
