Hey yall, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Lesle Mora, I've been scrapbooking just over 10 years. I actually started dabbling in digital about 3 years ago, but have only really gotten involved with it this year.

I had an affinity for collecting paper goodies before . . . and that has definitely transitioned over to digital supplies. There are so many gorgeous kits out there, I want it all! :wub:

Actually, that's what brought me to the Sweet Shoppe. A friend I met on another board (Libby Weifenbach) sells her wares here. I was looking for a digi home board to meet new friends, and since I buy so much from the Sweet Shoppe . . . it just made sense to pop in here.

I'm a single mom with three gorgeous kiddos, I have a wonderful boyfriend, I blog, I tweet, I facebook, not necessarily in that order . . . and I'm really looking forward to meeting yall and finding inspiration in your art.

Oh . . . and did I mention I was verbose . . . my apologies in advance. :mellow:

I started paper scrapping 16 years ago! I've been doing digi for I think 3 years now...and hooked! I sold the majority of my paper stash and gadgets last year and am signed up now for another LSS garage sale in october (I gotta get busy and price!) ... they don't give cash but they give a GC to the store...so I used my GC last year to buy a Silhouette SD cutting machine...and will be using the rest to mainly buy scrapbooks to house all these digital layouts I am printing!

If you have any questions...please post! ...and for the record...I'm not known as being at a loss for words either! lol
 
Thanks so much for the welcome ladies!

Sharon, I'm hesitant to give up my paper supplies . . . finding it especially difficult to part with my Basic Grey. :( I host an annual crop and the last couple of years they have reaped the benefit of my transition to digital.
 
Welcome! This is the best place. You're going to like it here. I definitely recommend the challenges. They're lots of fun.

Welcome! I, too, can't give up the basic gray... every so often I go into the closet just to say hi to it... :o
