I've been away from scrapbooking for over a year and am now wanting to jump back in. I am new to Windows 7 and wondering in terms of picture organization if this is something others use - or if it's best to go with something else?
I love Windows Live Photo Gallery. You can tag things, and view all items including the folders within the folder selected, which makes scrolling through scrap kits easy.
