Hi everyone. I hope I am doing this in the right place. I was just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a manual or something on how digital scrapbook.
I made my own Christmas cards and they came out pathetic but I am going to send them out any way :p I would love to learn and make pretty layouts.
I really want to learn how to wrap bows.

There are lots of tutorials available on the internet. It depends on the program that you are using as to where to direct you. I'd recommend googling scrapbook tutorial and your program. Welcome to the Sweet Shoppe, by the way :)
 
For sure let us know what program you are using to scrap with that will help us figure out which direction to point you.

I use PSE as well. It's actually quite easy once you get the hang of it, but there is a pretty steep learning curve. When I taught myself how to use it, my goal was to just take baby steps. For the longest time, I tried to learn only 1 new thing per layout. Eventually, it's all second-nature.

I'm not sure what you mean by wrapping bows. Unless you are wanting to learn how to use actions. So many designers have bows that are already wrapped... you literally just lay them on your page -- like these in this kit by Dani here at Sweet Shoppe:
